Join me in celebrating my 28th birthday while also raising money for a charitable foundation very close to my heart. The KAI Foundation is an incredible cause that has helped develop a healthcare facility serving over 20,000 people in Zambia. On December 10, 2016 the Claire Kartagener Maternity Ward was open and, just two days later, the first child was delivered. This facility offers local women the basic services we all take for granted. With the hope of expanding their life-changing work throughout Africa (and Asia shortly thereafter), I couldn't think of a better charity to honor for my birthday celebration.
